Mechanism of Action
The main enzyme in Astrozym is pancreatin. Pancreatin is an enzymatically active complex active ingredient from the pancreas that starts the metabolism of dietary fats. Astrozym with animal and plant enzymes and the radical scavenger rutin contributes to the permeability of the blood vessels. Astrozym helps here via the blood vessels; it also directly supports the body’s own immune system.

Thrombophlebitis, thrombosis, All type of inflammations of ENT Area (sinusitis, otitis media), Respiratory System (bronchitis), Gastrointestinal Tract (pancreas, liver, intestines), Urinary Tract and Genital Organs, Circulatory disturbances, Rheumatic disease, Injuries (contusions, strains), Oedema, inflammations of Skin (burns, abrasions, lacerations, cuts, operative wounds, leg ulcers.
Contraindications
In severe inborn or acquired clotting disorders (haemophilia, severe liver damage, patients with dialysis) you should ask your physician before taking Astrozym, that goes also before surgery. During pregnancy, the administration of Astrozym as of all medication should be critically assessed.
Dosage & Instructions
Unless otherwise prescribed, swallow 5 tablets 3 times daily with plenty of liquid, without chewing. Take 30 minutes before or 60 minutes after a meal.
The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of small children. Store in a cool, dry place protected from light
